Preparing for Summer (Students)

U Drive Folder: All folders on the U drive will be emptied over the summer. If there is anything of value in them that you wish to keep, it is your responsibility to download the content onto a USB flash drive, a CD , mail as an attachment to another email address, or print it out.

Mailbox: Deleted Items and Sent Items folders will be emptied over the summer in order to clear space on our mail server. If there is anything in those folders you think you will need, you can

1) create a folder in which to save email or

2) forward the email to another email address

Your Inbox will not be touched; however, you can help us by clearing out all unnecessary mail.

Seniors, your mailboxes will remain active through the summer and fall. Please create an Out of Office message that provides senders with a forwarding address.
